For a Canvas shoe, this motherfucker held up well.

If you're not interested in reading the review, don't fret, I got you. Just so your efforts of coming into this thread aren't unappreciated, I've prepared some good music for your ears.  ;D

Enjoy.

Gonna pick up a pair of the new suede ones soon. I was worried about the grip flattening out too quick but looks like its a go. Nice review.

I just got the black/white colorway yesterday, and for some reason they made these without the loop in the middle of the tounge for your laces to thread through and keep your tounge situated. It's really bugging me, the tounge keeps slipping down into the shoe.

the well placed fox stripping is what also helps the gravis waxed canvas not insta die. though you blow out the side really fast..

not 100% sure (you could probably ask george) but i think those stripes are synthetic anyone.  Hyped to hear other people seeking out vegan shoes still.

I always thought that in sport shoes the leather or the suede, wasn't made of actual leather form animals, but from some synthetic material, that just look/feel like actual leather/suede but cheaper.
Can anyone confirm/infirm that?

I'd suggest cutting a slit in the tongue to make things easier. You could use an exacto knife or even a regular knife.

Yeah, they're more than likely synthetic. Now that I think about it, if they were actually leather the shoe was go up in cost just for 3 little stripes and that's a waste. At the time of the review, I gave them a look over and thought that I'd play it safe considering I don't know exactly what Adidas used on the side. Maybe a cheaper type of leather.....Hmmmm? George! Let a brotha know!

Did anyone even click the song btw?

Good to hear. Hope you're enjoying them.

I've got a little update seeing as how this thread is still somewhat relevant.
I just finished locking down the following reviews:
Ipath-Artisan
Gravis-Arto Mid
Fallen- Seventy Six
& We're in the process of reviewing the Etcetera insoles and ankle stabilizers. I'm pretty hyped on all of these reviews. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions or any reviews you'd like to see in the future.

Thanks.

I've been looking for a review on these for like a week or so. really glad you did this, especially since you reviewed the canvas ones, and the colourway i wish to purchase are the blue-gum ones. Really surprised they held up so well, defiantly my next shoe.

No, leather is leather, suede is suede. If it was synthetic suede, it would say synthetic suede. You can't sell "Leather shoes, now 100% synthetic!"
