Here's a few of my favorites recently:
Louie
Todd and the Book of Pure Evil
Wilfred
Derek
Juno
Blue Mountain State
Hard Times of RJ Berger
Someone Marry Barry
Inbetweeners
Rev.
IT Crowd

There's a lot of small shows and movies that I just can't remember right now but these are the few that come to mind. Some of the other ones I like are mostly repeats like Trailer Park Boys or Parks and Rec, and for the people who liked Arrested Development, the Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret is pretty good. I'm probably gonna start watching Orange is the New Black and Breaking Bad at some point.

So old, but I started watching Star Trek: The Next Generation. So good, already on season 4.

I just realized i have been watching a lot of USA network shows.

White collar is a decent show but its a typical kind of a cop show where 2 people become partners and hate each other at first but then they become best friends at the end BUTT kelly from saved by the bell is in it and she looks good, thick, but good

Royal pains is kind of like the show house like how people have weird medical issues and get fixed in unorthodox ways but the difference is everyone loves the main character and a little less drama is in it but still good. Also the dude from Roadtrip is in it and i like him.

Psych is just a good drama but mainly funny show

Im currently re watching Burn Notice for the 2nd time and this show has everything, action in every episode, a little humor but not that much just like "ha that was kind of funny" type and a lot of action

so these are the shows i suggest you watch if your bored cause you can get in to them pretty easily

god i hate fuckin burn notice! they closed off the 40 outside of flagstaff for a blizzard so for 3 days i got snowed in at this truckstop and that was on nonstop. if only it were SVU i would've been happy and prolly still be living at little america. all those shows you mentioned are just interruptions of SVU to me but i'm sure that's not healthy.

If i remember correctly the episodes are an hour each.  want to say that there are just 7 episodes though and it is resolved in one season.  it is really good. The cinematographer on it did the work on True Detective as well.

elizabeth moss's accent is so close to being a deal breaker in that show.

Literally just got done watching it, cool to see someone already mentioned it. So fucking good. If baseball were more like that now, I might pay attention.

Did anybody else watch the last season of "the killing", the one netflix made? I honestly think that one season of that murders both seasons of house of cards and orange is the new black. I like both of those shows but the killing was fucking insane, do yourself a favor and watch it. Maybe they will make another season of it if more people watch it like they watch OITNB and House of cards

I've already posted this before somewhere down the line, but I just recently rewatched Headhunters, and it's so good. I really recommend it. It's subtitled, which I know bothers some people, but get over it. It's rad.

not sure if it's been mentioned, but BBC's The Fall with Gillian Anderson is good.  Short first season but supposedly the second season is premiering pretty soon.

The movie Blue Ruin is bad ass. It starts slow but don't worry when the violence gets going it's brutal.

Netflix came out with a new update and i noticed they added a few things. All seasons of Californication, the latest season of wilfred, and a new netflix original (not bojack horseman) but i forget what it was called but look interesting. They probably added more stuff i just notice those 3 shows
