Yeah, 3 might be my favourite Narcos season.  Pacho and Chepe were so good, and loved the contrast between David's character in this and Broad City.  By the end of it I really had no sympathy for Jorge.  Has anyone heard anything about a season 4?  The ending definitely hinted at the possibility of a Mexican storyline, but it would be starting really fresh since we haven't met any new characters that would fit into it.

That Mexican pilot guy? He was talking a lot about Juarez and the timing being right with NAFTA. I think they could run with that.

My girl told me that there's a 4th season in the making and its in Mexico, dunno where she read that tho.

Me and my girl looked up season 4 and your girl is true. I think the article just came out today. Basically, no one is returning and they are starting fresh. They renewed for a season 4 when they renewed a season 3

So yeah, shit's about to get gnarly if they're going to focus on the Juarez cartel.

One of the things that stuck with me about that El Chapo show though was the story one of his close friends. Some dude seduced his wife, convinced her to run away with him, then murdered her, kidnapped the two children and threw them off of a bridge. Fucking chilling, and a real story.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H%C3%A9ctor_Luis_Palma_Salazar

New season of Black Mirror coming up soon. Scariest series right now imho.

I was begining to wonder if they're were going to make another season. Seriously one of the best shows out. Way too actuate in terms of predicting the near future and what might happen with the human society, it's way freaky.

If you like BM you should check out the mini series Dead Set. It's basically the length of a movie. It's by Charlie Brooker as well. Definitely similar in feel and message except it's a zombie thing.

Just watched Jerry Seinfeld's stand-up special, pretty good. He used like 3 or 4 jokes from Seinfeld though but its Jerry so who gives a fuck?

Also if you wanna see a decent new Adam Sandler movie, the netflix movie The do over wasn't actually that bad. David Spade was pretty funny in it and Adam Sandler made some good jokes in it. Obviously not better than his classics but definitely a lot better than the shit he has been putting out

I enjoyed that. At the end he said all the jokes he did we're jokes that he first tried when he was starting at that club, so anyone who's familiar with the show or his stand up will hear a few they've heard before, but overall I thought it was great.

Only three episodes in, and I'm already super into "Big Mouth":
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcfKg23Xf_4

It's got a ton of people I like (Nick Kroll, John Mulaney, Jordan Peele, Maya Rudolph, among others), attached to it, either as creators, writers, voice-actors, or all three.

That show is fucking hilarious, the hormone monster makes me laugh all the time. He kind of reminds me of Roger from American Dad

I know I'm super late on this, but finished Stranger Things last night, incredible, can't wait for season 2. I've had a thing for Winona Ryder since 1988, nothing's changed.

I'm one episode in on Manhunt and I'm already hooked

It's basically the same show as the fx OJ Simpson show but with the Unabomber

I never learned about him in school so I'm finding it interesting

Definitely Mindhunter.  I've only got one episode left but would gladly watch several more seasons if possible.

Might checked out Manhunt next based on what you guys are saying.

is mindhunter really that good? i watched the first episode and thought it was too boring to commit to. for some reason it felt like the characters were budget versions of what they shouldve been. im sure that makes no sense, but thats the only way i can describe it.

I'm on the last two episodes now and I agree with you that the first episode wasn't that attention grabbing, except for the first scene. Slow build up but I really enjoy the interaction between to two FBI agents throughout out the season. Some episodes are fucked up which reminds me of the first season of true detective. I have a feeling that if they make a season 2 of mindhunter it will go a lot better, just like I said though its a slow build up

2 Netflix originals were just added within the last couple of days and I really liked both of them. 1922 and Wheelman. Wheelman is more just a fun thriller, but definitely entertaining. Also, I just watched Ragnarok, which is like a Nordic, low budget Jurassic Park in a far-reaching sense, but I also thought it was entertaining. Nothing groundbreaking, but a fun watch. I feel like I've tapped out all the best Netflix movies and hidden gems, so I'm happy when I find ones that just don't suck.

Just saw Madrid is doing a Stranger Things run. Few even have front and back truck double drill patterns.
