I have seen the Green Mile, tis good in a differnet way..

I dunno man, I dont watch actual TV ever, jusy netlfix and youtube when im chillin at home tbh plus i have a tendancy to avoid movies that everyone rates super highly because i find i go in expecting too much and end up dissapointed.. the opposite happened with Shawshank.. theres probably a world of great movies that i have denied myself haha

Just started watching Peaky Blinders. Going to binge it over the long weekend. Feels like a UK version of Boardwalk Empire.
Good show, great dark industrial Birmingham atmosphere with fire blasting furnaces and even better cast...need to get back to it,stopped watching after season two cos I started changing diapers and shit!

You guys need to watch "Dark" on netflix. Finished watching it yesterday and holy shit. I think my girlfriend is still clueless about what happened in the final (or the whole thing). Its german, but dont let thay deceive you, its awesome and once you start connecting some dots it really grabs you.

No I want to see the End of the fucking world. I read it's really good.

War on Everyone is a pretty good dark comedy. Alex Skarsgard is a trip...

If you have amazon prime, The Brainwashing of My Dad. I’ve got some relatives that were sucked into the Fox News vortex, too, so this was very informative.

ill have to check this out. my wife has a few family members who are have their heads so far up the ass of fox news. im sure it will just piss me off because theres no reasoning with them. anything they dont like, they dont believe and everything they do believe is fact because they believe it to be.

i just cant understand what its like to be that stupid.

Super Dark Times.  The title put me off for awhile, but it's excellent.  No spoilers because as shit unfolds, it's really cool.  It's 13-15 year old boys in the 90s and they have to cover up an accident.  It nails boys and especially the way they talk that you never see in movies.

I keep seeing that as a recommendation for me, so I'll have to check it out.

I just watched "Bad Day For the Cut," and thought it was pretty entertaining. It takes some twists and turns that might be predictable, but if you're like me and have seen a ton on Netflix and watch something that's just fun to watch, I'd check it out.

Also, someone already mentioned it, but they just added the first 3 Godfathers, Training Day, and some other solid flicks this month.

finally got around to watching it and it was a little interesting to learn the history behind fox news and some of the tricks they employ to influence their viewers. other than that, i dont think i learned anything that will help me with the fox news lovers in my life. they're happy being unhappy with what fox tells them and they're too stupid and stubborn to question it. fox knows that and they're exactly the types of people they aim to appeal to.

i did think it was really funny when they showed the study that said people who didnt watch or read news were right about more issues than people who watched fox. maybe ill bring that up at the next family dinner.

Just finished the first season of Colony, I think it's a USA network show. It has one dude from Lost and the wife that was in The Walking Dead. Anyway it's decent, if you feel like you don't know whats going on the beginning, I think thats what they were going for because it confused the fuck out of me. They explain it much later.

It's okay, don't think its a game changer but it will keep you entertained if you have nothing else to watch

They have True Romance on Canadian Netflix? I'm jealous.

I've been re-watching the Tarantino movies they have on Netflix (Jackie Brown, Hateful Eight, Inglorious Basterds) lately, but had to watch a torrent of True Romance.

The Founder is a pretty decent movie to watch, if you're hungover or just want to watch something light.
Good cast too: Michael Keaton, that guy who's probably the Zodiac Killer in Zodiac, and Nick Offerman.

edward norton as 'stone'. he's in prison and roberty deniro is the door. you have to go through him to leave. he uses his wife on the outside to convince the parole board.
EN also sports some pretty bitchin' whiteboy corn rows.

I never actually saw all of Casino, gonna watch it tonight.

I'm kinda curious to try and make my way through the whole Cruel Intentions trilogy too.
