Is the sole thicker than most shoes these days? I can't stand the super thin soles on most skate shoes out there. What about cushioning? Do they have a removable insole? Do they fit true to size?

I'm skating these ^ and they are better than a telford, worse than a dunk.  The sole is really hard which in some ways is good but in other ways not so good.  I'd wear 'em around a bit before you skate in them, just to get used to how they feel.  I think the price point is decent and I like what they're doing so I might get another pair.

insole is thicker than most i've seen lately. and i'd say the outsole is of an average size...not too thick, not too thin.

Nate Broussard told me that he's working on a "Welcome to HUF" video part like Brad Cromer's.
