Yeah, it took a internet blackout for me to discover reddit.

I read people on here complaining that is was down a few days ago, and wanted to know what it was about.

I've discovered that it's a pretty rad website.

So here's a thread to share your thoughts, favorite sections, or maybe even discover (like myself) reddit.

It's whatever. A lot of it just becomes huge circle jerks and the discussions are kind of bland. I'm more down with 4chan. Ton of shit boards, but most of the media/entertainment boards are cool.

Ya but I saw CP literally the first time I ever went on /b/  Bad luck probably and I've been on a bit since, but I'll never forget that image.  Fuck that place.

Nah barely any of the really interesting shit gets posted on slap. Like 4chan, a lot of the content is good and a lot of the posters are terrible. Same with how slap is great for skate media and the posters themselves are mostly terrible.

Untill someone improves the structure, reddit will have to do for me.

/b/ is just a shitty place. You're guaranteed to see a bunch of cocks and gore and just people posting trash if you stick around that board. I've discovered tons of new music thanks to /mu/ and met a bunch of cool people from /v/ and it makes playing games like BF3 a lot more fun because they actually know how to play. Like I said, the entertainment boards (/lit/, /mu/, /v/, /tv/, /co/) are cool and pretty insightful if you're into that stuff. Obviously though, 4chan isn't for everybody because nothing is really off limits.

I usually only go on those kinds of sites for music, and /mu/ is way better than /r/music. Reddit never has sharethreads and everyone just posts boring shit they know will get upvotes.
