when i was a little kid on my first skateboard, a plastic fish shape, in the rain, splashing through the gutters. barefoot.

maybe with the resurgence of these new stereo cruisers and such, barefoot skating will make a comeback. people will start skating famous spots again, redoing tricks done in the 2000s, but this time, barefoot. Bachinsky will kickflip el toro barefoot, he skates tiny boards anyway, he can do it.

new tricks will happen as well. holding the board with your toes like a double grab and spin a 540 on flatground.

maybe someone with a deformed foot and only a big toe can pull this off. i'd pay to see it.
