So basically you work hard as fuck the first day, assuming it will improve your chances of staying, you're sore as shit and then you hear that you'll be eliminated if you do the lowest ollie? This is beyond stupid.

People should now start using the phrase "ollied the bar" as the skate version of the phrase "jumping the shark"

You gotta know when ta hold 'em.

Know when to fold 'em.

Know when to walk away and

Know when to run.

You never count your money

When you're starin' down that ollie bar

There'll be time enough for countin'

When the ollie'n's done

I know i'm gonna catch heat for this...but...you gotta have pop for some of these spots i don't agree with skating all that shit (killin that midtown rail an con ed banks in queens) just to leave on an ollie but i can see why that they made that challenge (plus tolentino being there obviously played a part)

Lurker Lou is a dick to people sometimes but his Lurkers 2 part was one of my favorites can't hate on that..

that dude matt's skated here before he won a rohan contest like a year or two back i think he did nollie heel boardslide down this 9 rail shut the shit down basically...he doesn't/didn't need OIAM but i thought he was gonna win

SLAP really had nothing to do with this, the entire contest was pretty much out of their hands the entire time.

Thought so, it seems like OIAM this year is only SLAP's by name only.

Care to explain what RIDE is by the way?  I don't need your opinion on it, but I'm just curious as to who runs the youtube channel

Well that shit sucked.

Might as well had everyone stand in a circle and jerk off onto a skateboard. Last one to cum gets the boot.

oh god...the birdman...

yeah I noticed that when I subscribed, thinking it would have actual skating, and saw that it was a bunch of talking, trick tips, and crap i don't care about.  Like that Slash vs. John Allie thing.

Why skate at all during the day?  Stupidest shit ever.
I actually did hit another skater in the face with my shoe once at a demo doing a shoes fly off kickflip but he was cool with it.

cringe.

I hate how they say 'that's just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes' and 'that's the way the game goes', as if its just inevitable misfortune rather than the doings of their bullshit production.

It's not 'the way the cookie crumbles', its the way OIAM's fucking integrity crumbles
