Portland, Oregon, all summer
« on: April 21, 2012, 06:41:29 PM »
I lived there for three years, moved away, work is taking me back from next weekend through July. One of my skate friends moved away, the other stopped skating. I'm 30, so each year it gets harder and harder to find guys to skate with. I'll be living near Glenhaven park, which I'll probably hit on weekdays after work, but I'd really like to meet some guys to skate street spots with on the weekends. Anyone down?

30 is like 20 in the Portland skate community.  You'll find plenty of people to skate with.

Cool, I'm up north near Fremont. Not much time during the week, but I'd love to meet up on a weekend.

Also, Glenhaven park, fuck!! I went over there Friday around 7pm, it was getting dark and halfway raining, and it was still full of about twenty bikers. I'd hate to see it during nice weather, doubt I'm even going to bother heading over there again.
