Slim cut wheels, whats the difference?

Hey guys... whats the difference between slim cut wheels and regular ones?  i was thinking abt getting slim cut wheels but i think they may be a gimmick.... appreciate any feedback...

supposedly better for street / tech skating

makes flipping the board a micro amount easier.  (lighter)

not really, its not much lighter
but the profile is thin so its easier to slide tricks around
for some reason it really helps doing tricks like 360 flips, i had old worn out wheels that became pretty wide and when i changed them it was much easier to do 360 flips

Unless it's bones stf, don't buy them.  Every other slim I've ridden have flat spotted the first day including Accel.

Spitfire makes a Hardline thin, those are pretty nice...
