Maybe not well known, but from the looks of it...tons of spots.

Where you're gonna be?
If you got the chance go to Lac Leman, I really like that place and Lausanne in particular.
Superb bowl, sick indoor park, lots of hills, gnarly weed, sunsets and vaginas.
video tape yourself saving monks. dont just do it. make sure its caught on film.

Tomorrow I'll be heading to Lausanne and I'll be staying for a week. I won't have a lot of free time, because this is a business trip. Unfortunately I can't bring my board, but I hope I will have the opportunity to borrow someones board to do a couple of laps and some ollies.

Calling all Swiss heads, which shops/places/spots should I visit in Lausanne?

bring your swim gear and jump into the lake! I mean, just look at it:

even Fabes knows what's up (4:33)

On the Crail Couch with Fabian Alomar

also, there are a couple of nice ledges in Lausanne-Ouchy, which is down by the lake.

there are also lots of gnarly hills to bomb...

enjoy!

^ Thank you for tips.
I think swimming gear is mandatory on every trip, hehe. Having a swim in the Geneva lake is one of my goals while visiting.

no problem...

as for shops, your best bet would probably be 242 skate shop... rather small but skater owned and operated... http://www.242shop.ch/
