Who shot the cover for Transworlds Photo Issue 1998 (Koston bs Noseblunt down Hubba)?

I remember the story but not the photog. The dude kept the roll of film in his pocket until he got it developed cause he knew he had something special. Its a pretty famous shot so I'm sure someone knows.
