yeah i saw that, they finished one of the bowls, then the locals took the plastic sheets off and started skating them early but the city's cool with it (i hear anyways.)
but down here in casper, WY we're gettign a new park. they're updating our current park, and planning a new park out. the city said it's a sure thing last week in a city meeting.
john doe should really do an article on it.
