And I'm not trying to act all mightier-than-thou, but that shit really isn't good for you (I know. A lot of stuff isn't good for you). It's cheap, salty, and you like how it tastes; I can understand why you eat it. But I think you gotta come to a point and realize that when a sufficient part of your diet comes from Ramen, then something ain't right.

Absolute best way to make your traditional Ramen Noodles.

put 2 Cups of bottled water ina pot on the stove, with the noodles inside of course

wait til the waters boiling to the point where the surface its about 75% bubbles

pour the water in your eating bowl (keep the noodles in the pot)

dump the lil flavoring shit in there & stir til the broth is a nice bold yellow

put the clump of noodles back in & mix em around a bit, maybe chop em up a lil bit with the side of the fork. use the fork cuz youll keep
the broth in there so everytime you eat the noodles they'll have a lot of flavor to them.

 if you like the broth its much easier to drink when its made with bottled water. it has a much smoother taste to it.

it may sound like some basic shit but if you actually do it you'll see where im comin from. Ramen Noodles in HD nigga

Ate it for just about a month straight one time when I was having financial issues and by the end of that month I could barely even look at a thing of ramen noodles without feeling like I was gonna puke. I felt sick and weak that whole month. Couldn't eat ramen noodles for the longest time after that, but nowadays I can eat them again and still do from time to time. I alternated between the chicken and beef flavors. The shrimp flavor is grotesque.

what i was trying to say was that you should use purified water instead of typical tapwater.  if it were put through a filter that could work as well. bottled water is not the same water that comes out of the kitchen sink thats just stupid to say

2) if you ever get the spicy korean ramen (by nong shim), mix a raw egg in there, makes the soup awesome

3) Vic, who cares if it's unhealthy?  I'm pretty sure the whole point of instant noodles is for convenience lol.  Obviously it's not going to be most of our primary source of energy.  Shit, if it's 4 AM at night I'm not gonna whip together a shrimp jambalaya, I'm gonna go for that instant shit 'nameaann?

Ever since I ran out of my instant noodles though, I've been eating mass amounts of frozen udon mixed spinach and japanese fish balls.  For soup I use the run of the mill soup base (literally pour that shit into water and it's good).  Honestly doesn't take that much longer than instant noodles to make, and it's healthier.

i know most people (myself included) just use regular tapwater but i was fuckin around on some high shit & made a bowl after boiling 2 cups of bottled water. it actually made a difference it felt more "pure" and the broth tastes alot better. its like Ramen Noodles in HD, if that makes sense

I like throwing an egg right into to broth and letting it cook in there, also adding frozen vegtables, soy sauce, sri racha, mushrooms and some spinach leafs.

Theres good instant ramen as long as you look.
Some of them even come with the "more authentic" noodle where it's actually yellow and has strength. 
Nothing worse than soft noodles...maybe AIDS, but soft noodles are pretty bad
