Joakim Noah was a beast tonight,  Third career triple double.  First player since Shaq in 1993 to have: 23 pts, 21 rebs, and 11 blks in a game.  Hopefully Rose can come back and we can try to make a run at the Pacers since were three games out of first in the division.

Also, Rose dunked multiple times off his surgically repaired leg and landed on both feet (unlike the OKC vid from a few days ago)

Fucking Monta Ellis damn it! How did his shot go in?!?!?!
Rockets can't capitalize at all. Utah and Golden State aren't as hot as they were and we lose gimme games. Washington and the Bucks tonight...We were up 17 in each one. Fuck.

and now Lakers are 2 games behind FAAACK!!

Kobe is not playing with these niggas he said they were gonna make the playoffs & the Lakers lookin damn good right about now. I believe that's 12 wins out of their last 17 games.

Also super stoked on Noah's big game. I was super salty the last time both my teams played on the same night on TNT cuz they both got dubbed so I'm glad they did me proud tonight lol

Those final 3 spots in the west are wide open right now with Golden State losing again tonight. Really hope my Rockets capitalize tomorrow.

Noah killed it again tonight, Boozer played well + he was actually tried on the defensive end and Jimmy Butler once again was solid for us.  Big win to move up into the 5th spot in the East.   Tomorrow night is a huge game against the Pacers,  I hope we crush em.

Again we hung in there missing key players (Kirk/Taj).  David West feasted tonight especially considering the fact that Deng was guarding him due to Taj Gibsons mcl sprain a few games ago.  Boozer is still trash, Marquis Teague isn't ready to be playing in crunch time , and Thibs really needs to get Jimmy Butler more minutes the kid can play.  Its on when Rose gets back.

I thought the game was going to be a lot uglier to be honest, ended in the mid 90s you can also argue the fact Paul George had a sub par game and the Pacers still won?

Paul George had an ugly game because of Deng/Butler's defense.  The Bulls miss Kirk Hinrich real bad on offense though Nate Robinson/Teague cannot run the offense to save their lives.  The issue is without Rose's offensive playmaking the Bulls struggle to find easy baskets but luckily they're good enough on defense to hang in games.  Honestly its hard to put a lot of stock into these games they win or lose because if Rose does come back and is healthy its a completely different dynamic.

Plus this happened tonight (old man still has hops)

word i was thinking the same thing. he was able to walk (limp) off on his own tho so at least it isnt something like an ACL tear. wishing for a quick recovery for Melo niggas is not tryna watch no pacers/heat ECF.

Yeah, I'm a Melo fan for sure. Hopefully out only a couple games. Speedy recovery in the meantime.

"It's just sore, not pain, sore and stiffness," Anthony said in a crowded corridor outside New York's locker room. "It's been going on for a while now."

Anthony, who entered the game tied with Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant for the NBA scoring lead, said he underwent an MRI "a couple days ago." He said the test results were negative, and he does not yet know if he'll be able to play Wednesday night when the Knicks visit Detroit.

"Today I just woke up and you know how some days you really don't feel right," he said. "I came out here and I tried to warm up and I thought it was going to loosen up before the game, but some of the things that I was doing I felt like I was dragging it."

Hope hes alright, I am still a little worried though just because Rajon Rondo finished his game against the Atlanta Hawks with soreness only to find out that his ACL was torn the next day.  Despite my hatred for the Knicks I actually like Melo and if the Bulls can't beat the Heat/Get Rose back I'll just watch the eastern playoffs to see a LBJ v Melo showdown.

Haha pacers/heat wouldn't be too bad & Indiana has potential to make it interesting but I've been waiting since early this season for a melo/lebron & JR Smith/ D'Wade playoff matchup. Spurs vs Pacers for the Finals would definitely cause for a ratings dip tho, lmao. No doubt Stern would somehow sabotage one of the teams for "basketball reasons" if there was a good chance it could actually happen.

Your defense can only carry you so far against good teams at some point the Bulls are gonna have to find ways to score.  The Spurs like usual looked like a well oiled machine (and thats without Tony Parker)

I doubt it, it is that time where teams will stay competitive for most of the game and then "lose steam" though. But for New Orleans, it looks like they still have fight in them and rightfully so, this draft class doesn't seem or is predicted to be at all that great.
