whats there to say? lebron had a triple double. scored or assisted on the heat last 9 points. bosh missed a wide open 3. wade didn't score in the 2nd half. parker hit a great shot.

I do. Lebron took four shots in the 4th coming in at the nine minute mark. He hit two of them. Both of those were driving lay ups. Of the two misses one was a 26 footer (a 3 obv) the other was from 11 feet out. James got to the charity stripe once and hit two of two. baskteball junkies can admit the weakest pary of lebrons game is from here. Lebron also grabbed 7 boards: 2 offensive. In the nine minutes he played in the 4th he also dropped a dime. So quick recap 2-4 from the floor, 2-2 on the line, 7 rebounds and and an assist in nine minutes. Not exactly a choke job. If you want to say lebron did one thing poorly it was not playing selfishly. There were too many times when bron had good look and gave it up for what he perceived to be a better shot and his team mates didn't come through. In that fourth quarter it was bosh and wade who choked.

I'm not a lebron apologist but I can recognize game.

if he was having such success getting into the paint in the 4th, duncans (sidenote: best pf in the league also) in foul trouble, his teammates not hitting their shots/defense rotating onto them very well, then why did he only shoot 4 shots? lebron is a very smart player and kNOWS that he was making the wrong basketball plays. most likely a combination of lacking the clutch gene/wanting to stat pad his triple double. as to the ratios of which i can only speculate

This one was stellar too.  I wonder if he knew he could make it through the defender's legs or if it just synced up perfectly as he was passing.

Can't stand Lebron, and of course bummed on the Spurs second half...but god damn i saw that stuff and was like holy shit!  that was one of the best blocks ive seen all year.

Popp is going to work those dudes to the bone, he is not a fan of turnovers by any means.  Game 3 in SA should be good!

Edit: Who ever takes 2 of the next 3 in SA wins this series! GO SPURS!!!!

Had a feeling Heat we're going to bring thier A game for game 2 and boy did they ever that new-ish pick and roll offense where Lebron sets the screen is also kinda scary.

All that said San Antonio still has not played to thier potential and the series is tied. I think Duncan Parker and Manu really take control as the series shifts to San Antonio, Kahwi is also due for a good game don't be suprised is Spurs return the favour Tuesday night.

Spurs just played sloppy EVERYTHING , like they were panniced or something , always super close on the shot clock , really bad rebounding , bad deffence , passing was horrible at times , almost throwing it to no one .

I was almost screaming into a pillow sometimes

Anyways , calm down , Spurs home court , some texas crowd and cheerleaders , good for moral and will be super good to hear some cheering when spurs makes some nice 3 pointers

Judging by his form throughout this season and the playoffs, I really don't think you can expect that much from Manu at this point. They definitely need more offensively from Timmy and Kahwi though, particularly if the Heat are gonna press up on Tony Parker like they did in game 2.

Splitter was an idiot for trying to dunk that shit. I mean, the game was on the verge of being over at that point and he was looking for a momentum-shifting play but he showed Lebron exactly what he was going to do the moment he picked up that pass. Splitter has good hands at the rim so I don't know why he didn't just try and lay it in and maybe draw the foul or something instead of getting reverse posterized while already down 18 like a chump.

Irritating defensive schemes were irritating. I guess they werent expecting the heat to close down passing lanes like that and it eventually got to them in the 3rd quarter. Spurs were playing kinda sloppy but they hung in there thanks to greene but thats not something you can depend on. get tim duncan more shots or start being more comfortable with using tony parker as a decoy because theyre not gonna be able to spread the heats defense out consistently.

Manu is all over the place , missing passes , dropping the ball , missing 2s , flaying all over the place

I mean hes usualy a really good 3 point shooter . he still has flashes of brilliance though .
