pretty sweet digital download

i bought the deluxe version on dvd and advertised it says comes with digital download.  where can i find the info to download it?

just download the sketchy version on tpb, thats what I did and Ive the dvd.
Anyone know a reliable program for changing file formats of movie files?

theres a full 45 mins or so of extra footage from what seems to be everyone on the team.
