Ahaha pretty hilarious all this talk about pushing shoe technology forward and basing the shoe off of athletic shoes and then filming a clip with cut off highwater chinos doing a slappy trick on a curb. (I understand it's a very tech slappy trick, but still the whole thing doesn't seem to fit the aesthetic of the shoe.)

I dont know if i'm the only one but i never can see those Premier pics Tates always post, neither here on slap or in their webpage. Sometimes they appear, but it's rare. Strange.

But I don't see it in shops, just online.

After the success of the Nike free sb @ 120.00....it only made sense to throw in more kooky technology, and make it a pro model of someone the Internet hates.....the slap perfect storm....

The BA was well liked but I don't know anyone who bought one for close to initial price. The first Gato colorway (b&w) sold out near me but then the rest just sat forever. Never heard of anybody but WEasley buying the last two P. Rods anywhere but an outlet. Maybe a few Frees sold but it couldn't have been many.

If they said PR vs BA no one would have given a shit....

I think there are a small demographic that care but they are few and far between.....most people I know got shit on sale and said they were good but.....not ever worth the full price....same applies to the less offensive adidas boosts.....
