As crazy as it sounds i wouldn't be surprised, i mean crazier things have happened in the industry ( i.e. chris cole on DC, Flip kicking off bastien, New Balance making skate shoes).
I mean i think if its true its a smart move on his part....if he were go to vans he'd be with a bunch of dudes just like him which would be sweet, but he would stand out like no other on adidas...which would be good for him and the brand.
Plus as "mainstream" as adidas may be, they seem the most legit out of all the corporate big guys (i.e. giving boozy, lucas shoes, sponsoring gonz since lord knows how long, not having a robot/energy drink kid on the team)
