Peter Hewitt off Nike

Was informed today that Peter got the boot from Nike due to the fact that in an interview with Chris Neiratko, Hewitt was asked about smoking weed and he obviously admitted it and then admitted that he did indeed spend his money on weed, which is some of the money he gets from Nike. A mom saw this and was infuriated by the whole thing, due to her young son wearing nikes and being a skateboarder, so she wrote a letter which apparently went straight to the top dogs at Nike and well...Hewitt is gone from Nike. Very, very unfortunate. I really have been disliking Nike as of late, due to how they are now just in it completely for money and do not have skateshops best interest in mind. But after this, it's a done deal for me. Nike is worthless to me.

This is just stupid and I doubt it's the real reason. I think I've even seen footage of half of the nike dudes smoking weed. Grant Taylor said he smokes weed every day and does mushrooms in a interview and I'm sure they don't want to get rid of him no matter what. Maybe they just wanted to throw him out anyways and saw that as a good excuse.
