Having worked for a telco for the last 32 months, I can safely say all phones are shit. Every model we've sold always has customers coming back with issues. Windows phones come back a shit load. More so then Android  & iPhone.

The only two phones I really offer customers is iPhone5 or Samsung Galaxy S4. You know what a iPhone can do, the 5 is hardly any different to the previous models. Have a play around with the S4 in store, to get a good feel for the phone.
