Boardslide pop to 5-0

Maybe there is another name for it but I don't know.

How is it done?

I don't really get the popping part of it

same deal with boardslide to feeble. you press on the nose to kind of pop it, and then lean back to lock in the back truck

try to get the inside of your truck to touch and then do that^

First off you need a long bar or ledge to boardslide.  It helps a lot.  You boardslide and kind of push your back truck forward and kind of balance where the object you are sliding on is more toward the front truck.  Then push down and forward on your nose and your back truck shoud hit the 5-0 position.  That's how I've done it in the past anyway.

try it on something a little wider at first, it will be easier to get the "pop" which is really more of a quick weight shift. its such a fun trick, great way to warm up and get you legs moving once you have it.

I remember looking at the sequence of mj's on a long square rail, for hours and hours while on vacation. then watched it probably 100 times in slow mo when FF came out. best example of that trick ever

Double side bench....the element drop spot bench aka Hillary bench is best....

that is a great explanation, will be trying next time i am somewhere appropriate.
