What time does the gates at Stoner Skatepark open?

Looking to go there before the crowd hits. If i get there at around 7am will the gates be open?

no, the groundskeepers actually really inept and shitty at his job, sometimes he doesnt open them till 11 am on a weekday, but its supposed to be 10 am.
