Just a warning, you don't want to lose a lot of weight drastically fast like that because it will result in a lot of saggy extra skin. You have to give your skin a time to recover. Golgo was dead on with his suggestions. Weight lifting is very underrated for losing weight. Though cardio is excellent, it should not be used exclusively. It should supplement your weight lifting. Lifting will build muscle and muscle burns calories all throughout the day, unlike cardio which only burns calories during the time you're doing it. Doing small stuff like only drinking water and not eating fast food will do not only wonders for your weight, but your health in general too. If you're actually serious about losing weight, it's definitely doable. I did it and now I'm treated like a completely different person. It's really amazing how different it really is.

that colon clense thing is probably true anyways. i dont know if it was this forum but a guy was addicted to getting hot water enemas, and lost 10 pounds the first time. i lost 60 pounds in 4 months and kept it off, running working out eating healthy, hating life pretty much.
