This guy today was selling colon clenze on an infomercial and said that the average man has 5-22 pounds of compressed feces in his body, and that his product can help eliminate that. Some people even lose up to 10 pounds in the first night. NO diaherria either!

He actually probably lost way more than that because he gained a lot of muscle at the same time.

Anyway, shit works but if you do the program it becomes realy obvious real quick that you will loose weight.

Just a warning, you don't want to lose a lot of weight drastically fast like that because it will result in a lot of saggy extra skin. You have to give your skin a time to recover. Golgo was dead on with his suggestions. Weight lifting is very underrated for losing weight. Though cardio is excellent, it should not be used exclusively. It should supplement your weight lifting. Lifting will build muscle and muscle burns calories all throughout the day, unlike cardio which only burns calories during the time you're doing it. Doing small stuff like only drinking water and not eating fast food will do not only wonders for your weight, but your health in general too. If you're actually serious about losing weight, it's definitely doable. I did it and now I'm treated like a completely different person. It's really amazing how different it really is.

that colon clense thing is probably true anyways. i dont know if it was this forum but a guy was addicted to getting hot water enemas, and lost 10 pounds the first time.

i lost 60 pounds in 4 months and kept it off, running working out eating healthy, hating life pretty much.
we toked a marley and i split back to the park, minding my own busineess when a rollerblader mean mugs..i let it go.

when you hit 28 your metabolisim changes, and if you don't start excercising and eating right, your body changes rapidly.
its not something you can do for a month then go back, its a life changing decision.

28 sounds about right to me. I actually started piging out a bit when I was around 22 or so because I knew it wouldn't be too much longer before I had to throw in the cheese.

break your meals into 6 smaller meals. the idea behind this is that we only eat 3 meals a day due to industrial revolution. Naturally we are grazers. So if you break up your meals into 6 meals which are 1/2 the size of your current meals it can have an impact. The theory is that you only give your body enough fuel to barely make it to the next meal (which is 2 to 3 hours away).

You never feel as full as your used to but you also don't have to wait long to eat again.

If you are busy, the easiest way to do this is with meal replacement shakes or supplements.

when I quit smoking cigs in april i gained 20 lbs. I  took a month off skating because I associated it with smoking cigs. I lost the weight by not eating french fries and cutting down on bread. I am back down to 165 lbs. just don't eat fries, empty carbs.

so you really got results with that? I got a good 15 vanity type pounds that I can't shake for the life of me. I follow a pretty good diet and work out but still can't loose this 15 lbs I gained last time I broke my arm.
