I've bought 2 cameras off of ebay and it's just like buying anything else from there.

Usually if you buy from an ebay store seller the condition should be better rather than buying from some individual seller. I've never bought cameras online but I bought a few lens from Camworld on ebay, and they were in excellent condition and the price was good.

I have, everything was fine.  Try and google the seller, and if they have a rep for being shady you'll find something (most likely).

Just bought a TRV900 in perfect condition for 180 bucks this morning, great deal and it shipped already, we'll see how that goes.
