I nevere liked when people did fakie flips on flat during a line. Idk i guess that's just me, i always felt like it was like doing a kickflip on flat and seemed like it was the easiest thing to do to connect 2 other tricks.

I can't stand people starting out lines with a 1/2 cab kickflip.
And I seem to see it all the time lately.
If you're gonna start out backwards; then stay backwards. Do a switch or fakie trick.
Otherwise, just start out going forwards.

Probably, I just know you can already land on bs flip position after the half cab but they're both weak lol

Straight no-complys are pretty hot right now, along with beanplants and bonelesses.

Agreed, this one bothers me a bit personally, considering Ive been running all those tricks since I was 14 years old, back when people used to talk so much shit on them. The execution of proper form on any of these is few and far between so I cant complain too much.

I guess that goes to say with any trick, it gets pretty annoying when you see a lot of people doing one, but you get those few dudes who are so good at it, make it look so stylish, it doesnt even matter. You can watch them do it for days.

Imho the trendy tricks are no complys, and frontside feebles

Normally i wouldn't categorize back smiths as being trendy because its timeless... but damn they are trendy as fuck right now.
I think Fully Flaired started that one.

Recently going fast and ollieing up stuff has been extremely popular

can't deny that it looks really good though, the faster the better.

f/s boardslides and b/s crooks; no flip in/out.
