Will Johnny Layton ever get a second shoe?

I kinda liked his first model, he seems to be consistently killing it, always been a fan of his skating.

Seems like VANS always gives out new pro models, seems like a J-Lay 2 would be in the works

What do you think? Does he deserve one? Or would it just be another Vans rip off of a Nike shoe that's a rip off of a Vans shoe?

He used to have an apparel line at Vans along with his pro shoe. They both got dropped, and Johnny went from "signature" to "pro" category. I wouldn't hold my breath for his new signature shoe. Vans will be focusing on other dudes. Layton's sick and all but he's not the hottest name out there anymore. His dick pic was the most talked about coverage he's had in years. I don't that's too much of a merit when negotiating contracts with a mega corporation.

I know Dill has some Syndicate designs but give Dill a Pro Model before a second Johnny Layton shoe.

I think I remember Elijah Berle saying he designed one in an interview but next person for a pro model at Vans should be Dill.
