The descriptions had me rolling. I think they slept on these gems, though.

They look like a bad ripoff of the Air Max 95s.

It looks like an actionsport/wrestling hybrid. Another DC atrocity.

Those were designed to be chiller shoes back when everyone was wearing Nike Air Max after they were done skating. No one actually skated in those Axions.

I almost forgot Janoski was in on Savier.

I had these ones, which were probably the least hideous.

I had es Schemes, fortunately I never had any of the other shoes listed here. I'm still baffled by the success of the D3.

I used to get some free shit from one of Savier's riders. His other sponsors had awesome products that I would gobble up, but when it came to shoes I was always hesitant. The Quimby's were one of the few models I didn't mind skating in.

If i could get every pair of shoes to have the grippy heel material I'd be a happy camper, had these shoes and they were badass

I haven't seen these shoes in so long, that Converse Chany shoe was ridiculous. Jayme Fortune had a photo wearing them and they were called "tech" shoes in the caption, I guess that's how they were marketed, the Scheme as well. Even as a kid I thought those looked over the top. Also I was just starting to skate, it seemed kooky to wear shoes like that trying to learn how to ollie up a curb. Same thing with skate clothes where the company was prominently displayed, I didn't feel like I was good enough to wear them.

Rattray's shoe for Savier was excellent, slim and stylish. Had them in white and gum with the tartan insole, good memories skating the Brooklyn Banks in that shoe.

Vans and Duffs made some odd models as well. The Duffs Fatso for example:

Hubba hubba

That first one isn't too bad actually. Especially if you see it in the context of the time. Is that Jamie Thomas' shoe? If memory serves me correct, that was one of the more basic models at the time. Not just for Adio, but for skateboarding as a whole.

They had a few models that were on point, I had the Tim o Connor high tops, and the brad staba model, loved those shoes.
This has me cracking up, what exactly does Black Flag have to do with measuring your dick starting behind ya nuts?

Skateboarding is nothing but a game to find the right fits to appear like you're a proportional human being instead of a midget or a giant.

Good call on this. It looks like a potato wrapped in a tire.

Hahaha, they look like a shitty knock-off of the D3 with eS's horrible design touch. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall in the design room during the conceptualization process for these flaming pieces of shit.
