Best Feeling Tricks
« on: December 10, 2013, 05:44:55 PM »
What're some of you guys favorite tricks to land and ride away from? I have a few that feel particularly satisfying

Back crooks on a long ledge going at a nice speed with a clean dismount. Once you lock in and hold it, it just feels really smooth

Fakie flips. I always love to throw them at the end of lines or after some type of 180 trick. Simple but feel very stylish

Back heels on pyramids and down gaps. I think just how the trick works makes you land bolts whenever you roll away. My current favorite

Nicely popped flatground Tre's with a two foot catch & stomped landing. Just feels perfect.

What're some of yall favorites?

I seem to be the only one in my group of friends doing fakie bigspins. They're fun and easy to do, popped or not.

I wouldn't say it's the trick, I would say it's the landing. When you land bolts you just know, and you don't, well at least I don't forget the feeling. I remember flatground heels over puddles from over 10 years ago, and the exact feeling of that roll away. If you pop and land a trick perfectly it's the best feeling, and it sticks with you. The 1000 other heels I've scratched out don't mean shit compared to the ones I'm talking about.

fakie flips on flat and especially when you do a good one off something.

Frontboard a rail. No matter what the size I always get satisfaction doing a good front board.

Front five-0 on tranny. Never gets old

Front shove on anything. Gotta be nice and popped tho

Powerslides
Backside 5050s

Ollies are still my favorite feeling trick - it was the first trick that I ever put time into learning.

I also love landing popped and clean pop shuvs. Kickflips are another trick that really feel good. Back 180s down gaps. Back bigspins on flat. Full cabs.

For grinds? front 50s.

nollie back 180s

going as fast as you possibly can and doing a popping a high bs flip and keep cruising switch.
top that switch speediness with a popped switch back 180 afterwards and i'm happy

switch frontside tail back to regular. super easy but so fun
where is home?

So many to choose from but here are some of my favorites:

A nice clean pop shuv will always make me feel good

switch front 180 with a hard fast pop that whips you around quick

switch front biggies without a pivot, stomping that shit bolts makes you feel like superman

nollie back 180's where you land super fakie

when you pop a good nollie flip it's orgasmic

nollie smiths either way on a flatbar, easier than regular smiths in my opinion and they're just fun

Kickflips and front shuvs whenever i manage to get a good catch on them. Best feeling ever.
A nice balanced out BS 5-0
I also love the feel of a good BS flip
