not gonna lie I was kinda disappointed with Ben's loop
that episode was gnarly tho
[close]

you're fucking stupid.

also, this may have been discussed in the previous posts, but what was the theme of the mystery guests?
[close]

why? because I expected Ben to do a clean loop? To me he is one of the few who I think who could do a legit clean fullpipe loop. A guy not alot of people know Chris Cope did a perfect carve in and carve out of a loop in a full pipe. All the ones I have seen in "mainstream" media have really sketchy
[close]
They look sketchy because it's the fucking loop
[close]
my point was I know it can and has been done clean by a guy no one really knows about none the less so I was hoping if anyone Ben would have been able to do it clean. Ben had been there before to try it and I just thought he would have done it better.
To me I just think once the Chris Cope footage gets out there it will set a new standard for a fullpipe loop. He deserves alot of credit for probably being the first one ever to do a clean fullpipe loop.

Aside from your other obvious failings, do you not know this exists?

I'm well aware of this, yes bob did do it. but it has gotten alot of  hate and not as much respect considering he bought a fullpipe to the dimensions he liked and put it on his property to do it. Chris Cope did a natural fullpipe and he did it cleaner than Bob did. To me it deserves more recognition.
Get Chris Cope's balls out of your mouth.

Birdhouse is crazy. Clive Dixon and Clint walker are borderline jocks and jaws and raybourne are nuts. All that giant shit and the loop? Damn.

Zach wallin is underrated as hell. Dude rockets across gaps.

It'd be funny if they kicked jimmy Carlin off right after KOTR was over.

Just sat down and watched them all in a row for the first time...

KOTR is seriously one of the best things in skateboarding. Period.

im pretty late and just caught up, but two things that really caught my attention were that guy running up the hollywood 12 to switch 360 down the 16, and worldsbestdad struggling to move jake donnely. also just saw the yardsale and smyths flow was pretty awesome especially the part about calling cairo nollie hard and burnetts was funny too.
Man the long board truck thing killed indy for me. I was willing to set aside the racism, but long boarding, gtfo... - DH

So Jimmy Arrighi talks hella shit to everybody, and if they talk shit back he threatens them? Sounds like a fun dude to hang out with!
nah nah playur. Arrighi is the man, people just get upset when he nails them.

jake is a gnarly ginger. he has superhuman strength. it looked like he had the upper hand when him and jimmy tied up.

jake looked to have better footing standing in the road. Arright was all wet and slipping in the grass.

still say jimmy would take him

I guess the idea is to stretch it into many episodes and keep that ad revenue comin in, but all of the throwaway shit shoulda gone in to the episodes some of them were criminally short.
example. i cant cast a spelll or love potion on a girl and she falls total in love for me
but i can show a girl my tv youtube clip on my or her phone. but there's a difference ok

I think we're gonna need someone to go to Notomis to check the size of Raybourn's loop and compare it to Mr. Cope's loop in order to compare the gnarliness of the two loops.

Birdhouse looked like they were having a fuckin blast through that whole trip, and doing the loop is probably the sketchiest shit ever. Not ending up with the board going full speed through the back of your head is a miracle.

I don't even know what that means, but I'm going to buy a Raybourn board largely because of the glasses.
