i'm happy february is finally here and will be done soon. march is my jam, it's just such a relief from this shitty month. after february it's a straight shot thru october for sweet skate weather. it only gets better until it gets way too hot and humid, but at that point night skating is the most perfect thing. then after that it's the most perfect combo until the first snow.  then a couple months later here we are, february!

sorry, i just hate this month

i'm blessed w/ some decent parking garages, the occasional warm-ish day that doesn't get wet from snowmelt and the occasional aforementioned crowded parks. we've been goin hard since last april, 5 X a wk more or less. little flatbar and jimmyrigged pyramid session tonight and i'm optimistic that it'll end early this yr. only difference really is more daytime skating but it all gives you that same feeling.

As it finally started to heat up, we got blasted with a massive snow storm in Northeastern Kansas...

I'm not really partial to indoor parks, so I usually just skate parking garages when it's rainy or snowy out.

I was living in Cincinnati from Sept to Dec and got lucky and stumbled upon that diy under the bridge ... that place is amazing!  My friend is currently trying to convince me to move back permanently.  I have a few insta clips from I took there.  But to keep it on topic, yeah winter blows.  I luckily have a couple places not far indoors I can skate but even then it's still mostly cold, just out of the snow

32 is kinda hoodie weather when you're skating. anything positive i said about winter yesterday, just disregard. we're in the midst of a snowstorm that's gonna prolly fuck us up for the next couple days. or relegate us to the skatepark.

thats how i am. anything above that, ill usually get too hot and just go with a t-shirt. wool gloves are a must in the winter though.

Yea motherfuck this shit. Was about to skate some NYC parks this weekend on a once in a blue moon trip down, but they got shit on, and only more in the forecast this weekend. I like playin with my dog in the snow, and whippin my 87 4runner around, but that's about it these days...
