Seriously guys, you should all reconsider the use of those anxiety pills, there is no other country in the world wherethere are as much people taking anxiety pills than in USA. In Europe only few people take those, especially for young people. I won'tever talk about other "less developped" countries where "anxiety" is not even part of their vocabulary.

I'm not a specialist but never in the history of human being has anxiety been solved by taking pills. I'm not into theories and shit, but I know enough about the pharmaceutical industry to be convinced that all this medication to help anxiety makes more harm than help to people. It's a good way to sell a maximum of pills to the population, moreover those pills tend to be addictive which make any withdrawal really difficult and harmful.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that you don't suffer from anxiety, I'm just saying that a lot of people in USA are given pills when they shouldn't.

For the guys who lives outside USA, how many guys under 30 do you know that take anxiety pills?
I live in France, and I only know 1 guy that takes those pills cause he got stuck after a bad trip...

Yea those pills helped me a lot this year, i couldn't leave my house like at all for about 3 years. When i changed medications i started getting comfortable leaving my house a little farther and farther each day. Now my mood just is better about life in general cause now i have hope. And the only side effect that i notice is i don't enjoy sex that much and im willing to give up sex for now if it means i can still take my meds cause like i said i literally didn't do anything from 2011-2013. I also do therapy to i have been going to the same doctor for that since i was 14 and im 22 now, talking to her is great cause i don't have really anyone to talk to during the week or ever, its just me and my dad during the week and we don't really talk.

I am living proof that some people needs meds and that they actually do something

Are you still on prozac? I said this to you many times but i was on the same doseage as you for prozac and it made me worse. I went through at least 4 SSRI's since i was 18 in till i found the right one. Ask for a different medication or get a new doctor i had maybe 3 different psychiatrists since i started to have anxiety. There is a medication for you keep trying!
