shit you obviously dont box. dudes like ishod who are lanky but also have muscle mass are the worst kind of guys to go in the ring with. Micky Papa's a boxing coach and he calls em raw boned, and they can hit as hard and break as many facial bones as someone who is 100 pounds heavier than them due to muscle mass concentration, wrist and elbow strength. most skaters have naturally gifted knees and ankles which usually leads humans to having bad elbows and hand coordination, thus making it seem like a lot of skaters wouldnt have natural talent to fighting

...who i have trained with my whole life if i really had to make that clear jesus. he's always been a trainer for me even before i was born during the korean war, if i really needed to make that clear. if youd like to go into the fundamentals of boxing with me, go right ahead. im surprised more skaters dont box, it is addictive and something u can do individually that builds your self esteem as you progress thru muscle memory. way more practical than most of my friends who cant stop spending their money on guns, when theyll prob never use one in their life other than target practice when one day theyl def shoot themself in the foot

Having spent time with both of those dudes, I guarantee Merlino could take Dickson. Merlino is 100% muscle mass. The dude is tiny but is stacked. exactly muscle mass is genetic and is combined wiith someones will and heart, which judging by nicks skating he might have a little more of, even tho he is kooky. ive seen a 130 lb 15 year old beat the living shit out of a 200 lb marine at the bar the other week in jacksonville. literally the marine hit him twice and didnt even bruise him, and the little dude broke his face open with like 3 swings. some people have heavy hands...this is due to muscle mass in the lower forearm. you cannot tell the amount of muscle mass/density in their lower forearm, which guarantees the strength of their punch...thats why size doesnt matter in boxing, some big dudes cant hit homeruns in baseball, anderson silva kills everyone in mma etc etc. this is something not many people realize even when they do see little dudes beatin up bigger dudes

He was never officially on. When I saw him at tampa am back in 07, he was on flow. Anyway, he went on a trip with baker, and he didn't even make it through the whole trip I believe. Basically, he is just a shithead that acts like a child, drew and the boys couldn't take it, so they told him to kick rocks in so many words. There is some interview a few years back where they ask merlino about it, he goes into detail, can't remember what magazine it was.
