As a general rule, it's my understanding that when you enter into an agreement where you are hired to be the agent of a principal for a specific purpose you can't usurp the principals opportunity to obtain the goal of the agreement. But if you do that shit on your own dime, your own time and have no relationship with that person than that's yours (and the skaters to the extent of making money off of it).  There is a ton of nuances but it's mostly common sense.

Greco "we gotta get this before this kid puts ii up on youtube" - instantly puts it up on youtube with 3 mins of talking and hyping up the footage "dramas", all the attempts and filmed in a skatepark. That's gay as shit and these hammer reports are awkward.

If the filmer isn't getting paid by a company he owns the rights to the clip, if he is on staff at Deathwish, baker boys whoever and gets a salary the company technically owns the clip, the skateboarder generally has no rights to the stuff. So yeah this kid owns the clip, prolly wants it for some video they are working on, or it may come down to since this is a Thrasher web drop type deal they may not want to pay going rate for the clip. Going rate for a clip is between $30 and $60 which really doesnt add up to much unless you have a bunch of clips to sell.

I highly doubt the filmer was making a full length. some SoCal kid filmer with a Danish guy skating, they probably didn't even know each other.  the explanation for filming it in the skatepark was hilarious and ridiculous, just drag the damn thing outside

First of all that was insane!! On another note - I have never heard Oscar be called Rambo before - His name is Oscar Gr?nb?k, which is why he had some clips through that Skate Sauce dude - but this was under the moniker Oscar the G... And i think he is from copenhagen, but I'm not that local in the scene, so I don't know if he's from copenhagen or just often around.
