Old Scott Conklin Workshop Graphic

I'm looking for any good pics of an old Scott Conklin Workshop deck from 1996 (which I think was done by Neil Blender). According to Art of Skateboarding, the name of the graphic was Screwy. The only pic I can find is from Art of Skateboarding but the pic is washed out and all the coloring and background details are lost. I've posted it below. (Apologies if the pic is just a link. I'm struggling with the Slap image tabs.) Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

Thanks for the heads up on that. Barring these two images, I feel like this thing has been wiped from the annals of time.
