People going pro for Aussie brands still feels weird. Well deserved though.

Yes! Gonna be purchasing this.
skating is all about choosing your outfit very deliberately, going out in public. looking super sick. and then riding your board a little bit

How is it any different to someone going pro for Palace or Cliche or Isle?

Just because it isn't an American brand doesn't mean that it's not acknowledgeable. It's not like Callum would just go oh I don't want to go pro for this company because it is Australian. Passport is becoming a more recognisable company and this only helps them get bigger.

Very un-Pass~Port looking Pass~Port graphic.

Cool though.

Callum is a good cunt and Pass Port kicks arse. I'll definitely pick up one of those boards when I get back to Melbourne.

People going pro for Aussie brands still feels weird. Well deserved though.

Weird how? I'm guessing that wasn't meant in an ignorant "Merica #1" kinda way but regardless, it's a good thing [to state the obvious]. Better than being stuck on some 3rd class 'international' segment of an American company's team. Raging local skate communities around the world need to support the people who keep them rad and kids in those countries shouldn't be forced to pay ridicous tariff-markups to buy boards so  it seems positive all around, for skateboarders and skateboarding in general.

Anyway, good for Callum, dude is a ripper. I'd love to get ahold of Pass~Port shit in the states. They seem worth backing but I can't/won't pay $100 for a deck or $40-$60 for a shirt. Oh well.

Where?  I emailed them a while back asking about whether or not it would be available in the US without heavy shipping fees and they said that they were working on it.

Edit: Nevermind, I searched a little and found it. Sick!

But can't one argue that be 'bit' that from Daniel Haney, who bit the style from Alfonso Rawls who but it from... Just sayin'

About US availability of Pass~Port: They are distributed through Permanent, so surely some shops carry them. Being pressed by Generator it would make sense that they'd be cheaper in the states than in Australia, but I just haven't been able to find anyone selling them here. Then again, I'm loyal to my local for hard goods so haven't looked very hard but when I did look the only place I could find them was eBay for $90-100 USD plus an additional $50 USD for shipping from AUS.

Suppose it's time to bug my shop to get an account with Permanent Dist and if that happens then hopefully they have a good 8.5-8.6 shape, haven't seen anything over 8.38 listed online.

Daniel Haney's bucket hat game was crazy though, he had the big brim going on, but then again he was a total redneck so it worked, whatever happened to him anyways?
