more water, more sleep, work out for 30 minutes 4 out of the 7 days of the week.  if you don't have weights, or some kinds of gym to use look up prison exercises (burpees, push ups, planks, dips, mountain climbers, etc); they'll get you in shape real fast and require no equipment to do them.

At my gym they had a plank off.....the person who won was this old skinny Iranian lady.....15 minutes....
