Drink: lots of water, throw in a Gatorade to get your electrolytes and salts back up to normal.

Eggs: they contain cysteine which is a substance which breaks down the hangover causing toxin called acetaldahyde.
Go skate! Sweat out those toxins. You'll feel great in no time
This. Better yet, get your electrolytes and salts back up BEFORE going to bed.
Another advice is to stop drinking about one hour before going to bed, because your body degrades alcohol faster while you're awake. I know this one takes a bit of discipline (and I fail at it regularly, too), but it will make a huge difference. If you desperately want to be fit the next day, you should stick to it. Have some food before going to bed and just drink as much water as you can.
Hangovers are caused by two things: 1) acetaldehyde (an intermediate product in the degradation of alcohol) 2) dehydration and lack of electrolytes. Alcohol inhibits an enzyme that regulates reabsorption of water and electrolytes in your kidney. That's why you need to get both your water AND electrolyte level back up as soon as possible.
If you're still hungover, take an aspirin, ibuprofen or acetaminophen and sleep for another hour.
If all of this fails, just get drunk again.
