I enjoyed that, cheers. Only criticism is it was far too short for my liking.  ;D
Speaking of him skating "different" or non-hammer style spots, didn't he do a switch nose wheelie fakie double flip out in his Digital part? I always thought that was a wild-card from him. Anyway, keep posting these Blacklisted! It's a great thread to come to when I want to watch an interview with a pro and blank on what to type into YouTube.
I'm going to argue that Placebo owes their entire career to a Canadian dude's skate video part. Appleyard should be getting royalties for this shit.

There will be a full length Tommy interview in a couple of weeks. I had a deadline to work to so I had to put out the footage I had; We've got a full length interview with Rodrigo TX dropping same time next week and the rest of the questions I sent to Tommy will hopefully be with me soon & then I'll get one with editing them into a full length interview after that.

So yeah, there will definitely be a full Tommy Sandoval interview!

I've worked on a lot of interviews and filmed a load of demos but chatting with this guy has to be a life highlight, no doubt about it.

Rodney Mullen: The Route One Interview Pt.1 is online now, part two will be out in two weeks. Hope you enjoy it!

Nice job man! I can watch the perfection of nerdism that is Rodney Mullen, speak all day. It's unfathomable that I genuinely believe he is that humble.

Re: Route One Interview thread: Chris Haslam closes up 2015!
« Reply #139 on: December 23, 2015, 10:18:22 PM »
One definite highlight of my year had to be wandering around Soho with Chris Haslam looking for a decent sarnie shop and taking skate chat geekery to the nth degree; genuinely a really nice and normal bloke.
The day before I was lucky enough to sit down with him for half an hour and ask a few questions - due to time constraints a lot has ended up on the 'cutting room floor' but the majority of the interview is available to view now.

Sadly I had some serious audio issues with this (that were noticed at the end of the interview and rectified by the time it came to interviewing Mullen) but after a week of teaching myself to use Adobe Audition I've got it to a stage that I am happy(ish) with.

In London for the travelling 'Away Days' circus, I managed to catch up with Lucas Puig for a follow up interview (first spoke to him a couple of years back on a Cliche tour) and discussed everything from filming for Away Days to the addition of Daewon and MJ, plus a whole lot more.
