What ams have been am too long?
« on: September 27, 2014, 06:48:37 PM »
Seems like everyone is turning pro this time, I was really surprised at a lot of these like TJ Rogers etc.

There are a lot of ams who are better than these new pros

Yes, and it's a crime. Hopefully he'll have a board with his name on it after the Dekline video

TJ Rogers is one of the few who actually deserved to go pro.

Dennis Durrant. Even Lem and Forrest have gone pro now haha. Pat Burke is just fucked, why wouldn't slave make him pro after Raybourn left? He dropped one of the best parts of all time.

Also fucked the lengths the Happy Medium guys are having to go to turn pro.

Jon Rob and Hawkins definitely deserved a deck after AHM2. DT basically blacklisted himself after the whole AHM3 debacle.

Also, Ben Fisher comes to mind.

This. He should've been pro a long time ago. If I had to choose to only watch one part for the rest of my life, it would be a tough decision between pat's radio television part or mj's man down part.

What's up with DLX brands taking so long to turn guys pro? Brockel, Sebo, and I'm pretty sure that Antoine Asselin guy is on Real too, right? Also, he's pro now, but Brad Cromer was am for Krooked for what felt like forever.

I think one reason Pat burk isnt pro is because of blackbox .  I might be wrong here but they were never independent from blackbox were they ?  If the dist is going through major changes , companies going under , team changes and bringing NB in . Might be abit insecure to start giving people pay raises or starting to print new boards and so on

He should be pro though , just wish he produced more footage

Brockel is on Real and they have too many pros as it is.

Antoine Asselin is Canadian, French Canadian at that, and on Real. He just doesn't seem like he would market well at all in the States which sucks because he absolutely shreds and is a super cool dude.

Pat Burke probably isn't pro because I really doubt that Slave has the resources to turn him pro right now, the last time I really saw them making any money at all was right before and immediately after they put Raybourn on. He would've made them some cash I'm sure but got swooped by birdhouse.

He would be pro if it wasn't for injuries -
