Alibaba and the 40 cent bearings

has anyone here looked at/bought skateboard products on Alibaba?
 bearings are as low as one cent. ceramics are eight cents.  100 sheets of grip-tape for a buck.


i'm down for supporting my local but damn... if these are actual bones swiss for .05 cents a box its hard to say no.

You still have to buy a minimum of 500 sets though and from the sound of their website (the bit about OEM service) it seems like they just make the bearings and put the Bones logo on themselves.

I personally wouldn't order anything from Alibaba but my friend has bought multiple Supreme hats and a pair of Huf socks from there. It does appear that those are just bearings from another company with the Bones logo on them tho

i take it its not the same factory as bones? its not like Luxottica and every pair of glasses ever.

Pretty sure they're all fakes on there aren't they? One of my mates got in trouble with customs for buying snapbacks off there and selling them on ebay.

if youre buying something from the internet and it sounds too goo to be true, it probably is.

and not to sound racist, but buying "legit" stuff for pennies on the dollar from a site called alibaba.com sounds a bit sketchy.
