Try a Prize Fighter set. For me they are the best.

Autobahn. When it comes to wheels it's all personal preference really, but you can't go wrong with the other suggestions either; SML or Prize Fighter.

And just saw you asked about the Modus bearings on the last page...they're really good! Bones Swiss are always my go to, but no complaints at all on the Modus. Again, just bought them on a whim based on the Syl Tognelli edit. They're similar to Hard Luck 'Ceramics'. Same price too.

5.5 sounds perfect thinking of sizing down to an 8, i like wider trucks.

Formula 4's are over full price. They're like $35-$38!!! Heard they're more than worth it though.

There's quite a few reasons to get them and solid reviews from posters in the thread dedicated to F4s, but i'll add this here, i checked yesterday how long i've had my current set on and it just hit a year, by far the longest length of time a set of wheels have lasted, i can't recommend anything else

Not necessarily bought but I was gifted these and I'm fucking picky and can't skate shoes this bright, anyone know how I can make this egg-shell white color black without the grittyness of spraypaint-to-suede?

Black marker or black fabric marker.

this, or black leather dye if you want to get really fancy.
Or you can use a brush or pipette to apply ink. most inks will work e.g indian, graffiti and pilot.
you can also use fabric dye.

Finally bought the Brian Lotti Atlas shop board on the left, going into the collection. Beautiful artwork as per usual and the 35MM book that came along with it is a nice surprise.  Skating the Green Apple shop board since they're always top quality.

I'm not 100% sure - the board came with a sticker that said Canadian-made, so they might've switched woodshops.

Just bought a pair of the all black leather Adidas Superstar ADV from vu in Baltimore. I'm really loving how plush the adiprene+ insole is. Haven't skated them yet but I can already tell they have a ridiculous amount of cushion for a vulc. Sorry for the massive pic.

Incredibly difficult if it involves a marketing department.

got the thunder rebuilt kit.  the bushings work PERFECT. was on the bones hype for so long and these blow em out the water.
kinda lame the bolts/ washers are colored. had em on my trucks for a sesh and it drove me crazy so i dipped em all in paint thinner and made them silver;

got these on sale too for $30 so far they spin pretty quick after 2 sessions and make a much smoother sound versus regular steel ball bearings. might invest in swiss ceramics

this anti hero. i love this 8.06 deluxe size;

Skateboarding is like jacking-off, it's that good- Jeremy Klein
