Spent all my money on a deck I'm not gonna ride, a tee shirt I will probably only wear a few times (white makes me look fatter), and wheels I might not ride  ??? ::)

yes! Went here for the first time tonight. Headed straight over after the Battles show in downtown only to find a crazy fucking line. After making a friend who happened to be friends with Battles sound guy we were escorted into the bar. Really fun vibe and super fucking affordable. I don't drink but I bought a friend a PBR and my girl had about 4 PBRs and my total was $20. Unheard of in hollywood. Tons of pros in the house.

ha! shit. forum overlap.

That's a great Palace crewneck. It's funny, I was never into either Palace or Supreme until the last few months, now I have five Palace tops as well as three Supreme camp caps and their BDP collab shirt. I gave in to the hype, I guess. New Palace drop on the 15th, I'm finna wait on my computer for three days 'til then...

I went to this shop I had never been to before to grab some cruiser wheels, the dudes seemed cool and highly recommended Ricta "crushers" so I just kind of impulse bought them and threw them in my backpack. Got home and set them up, I hate them. Not a cruiser wheel at all, and the urethane just feels weird compared to the formula fours I've been running. Pretty bummed that I'm gonna have to drop like $30 on another set of wheels just to get what I actually wanted.

Anyway, anybody want a set of Ricta park crushers? They're the 57mm Rhino ones. They've been skated once just to the bar and back, I'll sell you them for cheap.
Look I'm not selling anything that doesn't have my jizz on it. I don't care how much is offered.

Not to be a dick but how the fuck could you not feel that they are too hard to be a cruiser wheels? Theyre like the same hardness as STF's. Anyway.. Go back, slap him in the face and get some ricta clouds, they the best out.

A sheet of Mob grip

A set of these Pig wheels I got on sale. First set in forever. I used to think Pigs were the shit and I loved the way they skated. Hopefully they haven't changed the formula too much, because it was great how I remembered it.

A pair of George chino's. They didn't have any Dickies at WalMart in my size, and I really needed to get new pants to skate in, so I just got a pair of these. The fit isn't as good as dickies, but they're pretty damn similar, and a lot cheaper too.

Haha it happens to the best of us. I can really recommend the clouds though, I have more mileage on the 57's I got than my car probably and they're still perfect, just a couple mm's smaller but barely noticeable. I got some 54's at the end of summer as well and they're almost as fast but still light for when you wanna get tricky with it. Both are the 78a version, would be cool to try the harder one too.

Nice, that's good to hear. I'll check them out for sure. Yeah I was just looking at the harder version this morning, it sounds like it might be a good all around wheel. The 54 mm clouds sound like pretty much exactly what I want. I had some krooked kutters in a 55 a few years ago but they chunked all to shit and separated from the cores way too fast.

Dumb question... How much do soft wheels affect tail/nose slides and crooks?

Picked up this Street Plant 8.875.  PS Stix, full dip, screen printed graphic drawn by Lance Mountain.

Will be swapping this in for my Street Axe in a few weeks.  that board so far seems indestructible

Missed out on the Steve Olson x B.C. reissue/ Caught the Skateboard Mag version as part of the Dogfight Cover issue along with Lance Mountain...anyone else on here got one of these and noticed how bad the cut is? like the side of the deck's doesn't have the same identical taper. ordered like 2 and they were both off. Gonna set it up as soon as i get some new trucks & wheels in. btw it's P.S. Stix wood and i expected more as seeing how good they are with coming out with shapes & shit.
