I had the Arto knife board forever ago it was so sick. I skated it and let a friend use it cause he needed a board and never got it back. They're all sick but I wish I still had that Arto board

I've got the complete set.

Don't think I would kill, maim or mortgage my home for any board. Not really a board collector or hanger but I'd love to get a Heath retirement board. I have it on my ebay watchlist and I once thought I'd get one for $250. It ended up selling for $400+  :-\  What sucks about it is it was made when Alien was still under Burton and I'm guessing there's a bunch being hoarded away by snowboarders.

I check ebay every now and then for old alien boards. The arto board pops up very frequently.
If one pops up i'll send you a pm.

Alright?

In my youth I got a Guy Mariano Krooked Guest board. Skated it, snapped it in half. I'd like that again.

There's one on Ebay right now actually...

I have one of these as well, had to literally have a friend that worked there grab one and hide it at his desk and wait for my order to go out and have him put it in there.  I guess people were tripping to try and get there hands on one at the time

I would make my own skateboards with my own art.... and the wear and tear overtime would help add to the arts "message" cost... $10 piece of wood and materials.

I was just thinking about a Toy Machine board I've always wanted - it's an Ed Templeton board from 2000, it's got a punker-looking kid on it and I think he's watering a lawn while saying "My other hat is a Dr. Seuss." I saw a picture of a kid imitating it in Transworld for a tour article way back in the day. It's Ed's art when it looked real grungy, almost Beavis and Butthead-like, and the colors are great. I can't find a picture of it online.

you and me both brother. i had a d.way with a lion on it that was sick, i think i got it cause it was 7.75 i dont think i knew who d.way was back then. one series that sticks out in my mind that i never owned was the nocturnal series, there was a lemur on one and kalis' model was a butterfly. i would love to have any of those on my wall. and any mid 90s AWS (slicks included) that i drooled over in my cousins CCS but never had cause i didnt skate yet would suffice.
Man the long board truck thing killed indy for me. I was willing to set aside the racism, but long boarding, gtfo... - DH
