Montmorency Falls are cool (2 famous snowboard spots there) it's a very old city and I didn't notice many spots when I was there and mostly cobblestone roads. I enjoyed restraunt LA Buche wasn't a big fan of their BBQ sauce but everything was fantastic. I'm sure a local will be able to help with more skate spots. If you are a history nerd there is so much to see.

Quebec City's park is pretty fun.

As for the rest of the city, it is pretty, but it is hard to avoid all the tourist traps.
