Wow.  What a drop.

Also it’s great they now list wheelbase for all the boards (except the price point ones) on the site.

Would love to know/see a reissue of the JBL. These look super similar.

Yeah having the dimensions listed makes it a whole lot easier for everyone.

I wonder if they got sick of people asking them about it, or just thought it might be a good idea.

The funny thing with the popsicles is the size of the 8, 8.25, 8.38 and 8.5 all seem to be fairly normal, then the 8.75 and 9.0 seem to be a bit different to other specs of that size board - super long compared to the proportionate wheelbase.  I know a couple of people have had those boards before, but at least now they show the dimensions, it is easier to compare.

Deck Size - 8.0 x 31.85 - 14.25 WB

Deck Size - 8.25 x 31.9 - 14.25 WB

Deck Size - 8.38 x 32.1 - 14.4 WB

Deck Size - 8.5 x 32.35 - 14.5 WB

Deck Size - 8.75 x 32.5 - 14.25 WB

Deck Size - 9.0 x 32.75 - 14.5 WB

A couple of interesting ones in there too including this one:

90's Egg Shape Deck
7 Ply Canadian Maple Skateboard
Custom Shaped Deck In 9.25 x 32 - 14.25 WB

Anyone know if this is the same shape/dims as Neil’s Alien JBL deck? Loved that thing.

The JBL deck has a more rounded tail and looks to be wider up by the front trucks with the taper starting higher up. Sort of a combo between a 90/91 style and the football shape that followed in 92/93.

Has anyone (else) had experience with ordering from Heated Wheel directly? I placed my order for that egg deck almost 10 days ago now and still haven’t received a shipping notification (order status remains “confirmed”)

They’re super aboveboard and my gear always ships out quick.  Probably worth following up with them.

Received my order today, and they threw in a free set of wheels to make up for the delay. The shape on this thing is wild, much pointier than the Heroin egg shapes.  Will post in the setup thread in the coming days.

Skated the 8.75 team deck for the first time last night and really enjoyed it. I don’t skate much transition, but I like wider boards with relatively shorter lengths and wheelbases. All my flip tricks worked how I hoped, and the wood feels really nice. I do wish the kicks were a bit less square, but I can’t really complain. Definitely will be buying at least one more.

Have the Bank Maulers always had wheel wells? WW make it even more appealing...

No WW on mine but perhaps previous runs have had them?
