Hyperlinks

I don't know how to format these damn things. I saw one post with proper hyperlink usage a while back. I quoted it without posting to figure it out, but I totally forgot how it works. I've memorized other functions that aren't self-evident or intuitive to use, but this one escapes me. I don't know where to put the url and word you want the link to say within the hyperlink command text. Anybody want to share?

It's not intuitive. I have to guess a little bit every time I do it.

Do the normal "url" button with the text you want to hyperlink in the brackets and an equal sign after the url with the website after the equal sign.

Por ejemplo, if you want to say:

"Butt seepage is hardly dinner conversation, Judith."

You enter:

"[url = https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Horror_Story]Butt seepage[/url] is hardly dinner conversation, Judith" without the spaces.

Sometimes I spice it up by making the link bold:

"Butt seepage is hardly dinner conversation, Judith."
