Never heard of that brand in my life, but I googled it and it seems the two sizes have almost the same length, with only half an inch of difference between them. So I don't think you really have much of an option for height besides maybe bumping up to an XL, which seems kinda dumb to me. I personally think M is the best option for you, but you should measure one of your shirts before making the purchase.

For the record, I think it's really great you're going to support Phillip Proyce and his projects. The shirts are undoubtedly expensive, but I bet they are great quality, and it's undoubtedly a beyond grand project.
