Much love to NB# for the dope kicks, 598 are my new go-to shoe!

[close]

Those all look great! How's the fit on the 598 compared to the 533? Same sizing?

I've had the 533s and just got a pair of the 598s.  While the 533s fit perfectly (though snug when brand new), the 598s are probably a half-size too small.  The heel wall feels like its angled inward more and puts pressure on my heel/achilles.

Yup, in the 598 I get a half size up if I can. In a 9.5.

In the 533, I skate them usually in a size 9. The older black box 533 fit are random. But they have fixed that issue since they are doing their own thing.

Aren't you supposed to ride them without the FP Insoles for testing? I have no idea if that's the case, but...

Nope, no need to test these. Been skating the 598 about 5-6 pairs deep now, great overall shoe.

I also haven't used stock shoe insoles in about 5 + years. The last shoe I had to use the stock insole was the Koston 3.

Since FP and Remind have wide soles, it was hard to get the fit right on the Koston 3. So I used the stock ones, those are good too. At least before the Lunarlon flatten out.

LOL! I guess PJ and I are the same size.

That she was probably for him, but made it's way on my feet instead.  ;D

Just got these in the mail and they're a half-size too big. AGH

So far, 533s are perfect, 598s are half-size too small, and now 213s are half-size too big/long.

I still say buy the PJs in half size up.  Mind you i have a wider foot.  Check the tactics user reviews for fits before buying NBs.

That was one of my critiques during my wear tests. The 254, 213, and 533 all fit differently.

I really want the white gum 505's, but i'm also considering the PJ533 because it looks so comfy, there aren't any pj colors i like nearly as much though.
 Any thoughts?

Back to the good old 533. These are a sample size 9, runs .5 small.
