thanks for the input, guess im missing out on the 533

The v2s aren’t as tight as the originals.   If you are used to a snug fit you might be able to pull it off.

New Balance's website now has the new seasons shoes on there. Lots of new colorways. Didn't feel like posting 30 shoes.

All of those colors look so clean. I'm wondering when the 420 and 440 will drop.

Why does Premier have the all white leather 533’s but the NB# site only has the suede “cream” ones?

Either way the leather ones are gonna be my next shoe purchase & my 4th pair of the 533’s. Them thangs clean!

New Balance and most other manufacturers post photos of samples on their site to have photos ready to go well in advance. Shoes notoriously go through a few extra revisions before final production, so the production shots that shops post tend to differ slightly from the samples that were professionally photographed months before the shoe goes into final production.

looks like july. just peeped the catalog. shoe looks good, looks to be around the same price as the 533. which is pricey in canada.

hda them right when they first came out! fit me true to size. toe box feels a bit wider than on most other shoes without being too roomy! they lasted forever! great shoe

I'm just getting back into skating and after 3 ollies in my Vans my foot was bloody. Overall which NB holds up the best? The 345's look pretty sick, any feedback on them?

Loving the 533’s and the 598’s. Haven’t tried any of their Vulc models yet, so can’t comment on the 345’s.

well i guess the 868s will last really long but i don't know if such a tech looking shoe is your cup of tea! all the cupsole models look like they last a decent while......got me some burgundy colored 288s waiting on being skated in a while....the sole ist thin for a cup, comparable to the busenitz pro but all the materials are nice!

Those 420s look dope but I hope they don't just look cushioned like the 868s.

Not that the 868 was a bad shoe but its sole cushioning was probably no better than the slimmer silhouettes from NB and was definitely less shock absorbent than the Emericas Reynolds I've been wearing. The midsole on the 868 felt like hard rubber except for the tiny heel insert.

In my limited experience, my NB size was the same as my Nike size - which is a half size up from my Emerica size.

for sure man thanks for the confirmation.. my buddy i skate with has some NB and its the same size as his koston1s.

theres no NB numeric here in China (just some of the vulc models at the official nb stores) so i couldn't try them on in person.

Thanks for the feedback man.

That's a bummer to hear, really digging the style of the vulcs. Might be one of those on sale only shoes for me then.

I'm more of a vulc guy but I might have to venture into the cup game for durability. Thanks for the feedback.

The 345 holds up well, especially if you shoe goo. I ride them till the sole wears through which is almost two months on Mob. I probably use a whole tube of shoe goo, but I also do about 100 kickflips a day. In my opinion you don't have to go half size up like with the 598 or Quincy, and also unlike those two the 345's are comfy right away.

I pulled the trigger on some Quincy's just now because I found some on sale for $49 in my size, but next time I'll try the 345's. I only have time to skate a hour or two a week now adays so I should be able to get a few months out of them at least.

Edit: Sale price was actually $36.75

Would I guess it's the non-black box pairs? 9 should fit you fine if that's the case. I am a 9 in 533 v1 and v2.

In the early stages of NB# the sizing was kind of off, but for sure more recent pairs have been consistent. I only skate in cupsoles, so in all the cupsole models my true size of 9 fits fine. That's also included with the FP gamechangers as in the insoles.

Those are the 440's, they come out with the summer season, just around the corner on 4/1 or so.

I hope you're not joking about that. Are these going to be running the same style insole as the 288/533 V.2 or more like 598/553 V.1?

It'll have the same support as the 288.  The 440 has midsole support built in so it doesn't need the same insert as say our vulc stuff or the 598.  Hope that helps.
And yes, they're definitely delivering around 4/1.  Sometimes our stuff goes out 15 days prior so you could see some pop up as early as 3/15 depending on where you're at.
